USFI GreenWorks clamshell takeout boxes have excellent "green" credentials, and work just as beautifully as ordinary clamshells. Produced by recycling sugarcane pulp that would normally be discarded or burned, they're certified compostable by the Biodegradable Products Institute (BPI).
